Miners have been loving it since BRC20 were created and the mempool has been getting congested than before, but it is a pain for people that bought bitcoin with cheap transaction fee but unable to DL send with cheap fee now.

But I can see the mempool becoming less congested for now. I think soon it will be below 100 sat/vbyte.
