Napoli new coach Walter Mazzarri continues to try to stabilize the team. But so far the performance of Napoli is not stable. After Walter Mazzarri became coach, Napoli played 7 matches, won only 3 matches and Napoli lost 4 matches. So Walter Mazzarri should not be trusted too much. The overall performance of the Napoli team is still quite weak.
Walter Mazzarri is trying to repair the mistakes made by Rudi Garcia, it's not easy to fix something broken, especially if the team doesn't have a strong character and can't resist bad moments, as Napoli are experiencing now
This remains a very difficult thing to do, to rise from the ashes, but to be honest I have seen an improvement. Obviously we can't expect him to fix everything right away, he doesn't have a magic wand.
Walter Mazzarri needs time and we should give him a chance. Because rebuilding a team requires adjustments between coaches and players. In essence, every new trainer will be faced with problems left behind by the old trainer, becoming a burden in itself to continue other people's tasks in the middle of the road. There are types of trainers who can make quick improvements, but in general they all require a process. It doesn't matter if in the end Napoli has to show a little decline because this is considered the initial phase, as long as Napoli is able to secure a UCL ticket for next season it means Walter Mazzarri is good enough for the club's future.

Now the challenge is to finish the UCL in the last 16 against Barcelona, even though historically Barcelona is in superior head to head condition. but this time Napoli has a high chance of stabilizing the players, it just depends on how effective Walter Mazzarri strategy is in overcoming the Blaugrana game.

Walter Mazzari defeating Barcelona? I honestly do not see that happening anytime, not this season. Barcelona might be going through tough times and tough phase but expecting Napoli to knock them out is something that won't be happening. I can remember they faced themselves 2020. They won the first game only for Barcelona to knock them out during the second leg of the round.

Give him much time? They gave Rudi Garcia enough time amd he tried to fumble  and crumble the club to the ground both during the Champions League and Scudetto Competition.
Good to see they finally sacked that man for he reduced the mentalityof the same players who won the league last season.
