I heard the news in different platform concerning the opening of the refinery but I'm not really sure about it because you know how this our government, them no dey always say truth. They fit say that place dey work just to make people feel say them dey work but e fit shock you say from now till this government tenures end nothing fit take place for the refinery, e fit be too much stories we go dey hear from them buy let's see how things goes.
