And when do you think the price will go down, and how low will the price go? Lots of people have missed the opportunity they had just because of the similar comments you made. I can still remember when the bitcoin price went down to $15k. I heard it from some people that bitcoin will still dump more and everyone shouldn’t invest yet, but as you can see from bitcoin price today, it is already above $40k. People who invested when the bitcoin price went down to $15k will be in massive profit currently. If you think bitcoin will be dumping hard, then don’t just invest, just keep on waiting for the dump.
If you are holding your bitcoin for the long term, then I will still recommend you start buying your bitcoin right now. You might not buy all at once, you might divide your money and start buying gradually, but if you are waiting for a massive dump before you buy, then you might be missing another opportunity.
The choice on this when is the right time to buy depends on your financial capability.
And to what timeframe you are looking at to hold your investments.
Because if you are using your money for your basic expenses, then I would say that's not very smart decision.
