Hamas is targeting cryptocurrency wallets and Indian business man is already a victim. He had already lost half a million dollar to the cyber wings of Hamas. This had happened two years back and the Police had struggled to find the end users of the Wallets. By the time Israel intelligence agency have given list of suspected wallets. The security agencies of India had identified the stolen funds ended with the Wallets operated by the cyber terrorism wing of Hamas called al Qassam brigades. Though the incident took place long back, we need to be keeping things in a much secure manner.

Hamas steals crypto
Let's be real here. Hamas isn't the main concern when it comes to crypto hacks. And targeting pro-israel countries isn't same as targeting CEX:es or DeFi for random users. Or having wallet drainers in web pages that are being constantly shared in every crypto community. I feel like putting my tin foil hat on this as all they have is one example of Delhi businessman, yet they and OP are seem to see this as a major threat. While actual crypto hacks are a multi billion dollar industry happening world wide. And my educated guess is that worst groups are far from Hamas. Also there's the fact that they can launder the money as much as they can, it's getting harder and harder to cash out any significant crypto amounts. And in the future that's most likely impossible.

That being said. Everyone should keep their wallets safe. Not because of Hamas, but because you don't keep your door open, or give control of your bank account to strangers either.
