Well, the swap feature is a good thing... and comes in handy especially in this kind of situation when BTC fees are raging. And when we are around useful features I think that more settings for auto betting would be nice to see, with some live stats if possible. 
Swap feature is a good but so many casinos have so bad exchange rates that it's not a handy if you want to withdraw $100 or higher amount of money. If you play with $10 or something like this, it's really a handy feature.No worries. Already got my withdrawal. I later on find out that there’s a congestion issue on Matic network so I will still not be able to receive my withdrawal on my exchange balance even if coins.game immediately issue my withdrawal.
Aren't you on the Polygon network? I thought there wasn't a congestion issue on Matic. By the way, I think it's also good to use Litecoin, Dash, Stellar and Ripple if you want very cheap and fast transactions.
