It is noted in their terms that they can ask for KYC (similar to the other casinos) but I haven't read many reports from users that they were asked to do it. As you mention, all problems have been solved and they are still processing withdrawals very fast; I recently withdrew some TRX and XLM without any issue.

I am not gambling there yet but I like their (casino) sincerity even before the problem started and with their apology thread to refund made me to like them the more.
