I think there is a lot of vietnamese out here they can give it a glance or otherwise congregate around it. Create a think mass out of their body to imitate the community and things like that. That is already a small amount of credible parties willing to chip in as sponsors at earliest convenience should the need for funding arise. And more things like that may be coming with mongoloids pioneering the movement.
