Bayer Leverkusen is doing very well in the Bundesliga this year. They have now won 13 in 16 matches and drawn the remaining 3 matches. I think the fact that they had no defeats in the league was enough to prove Leverkusen's strength to us this year. There is currently almost no point difference between them and Bayern because Bayern has played one match less. Despite this, they are very focused on the league with a great example of struggle. Xabi has leveled up the team.
The entire club did a good job pre-season. The player purchases were all well done and very well thought out. And Alonso did a great job of turning the players into a well-functioning team.
However, it will be exciting to see what things look like after the winter break. Some of Bayer's top players will travel to the Africa Cup of Nations and then it will become clear whether the second line of players can maintain the current level or not.
After the joining of Xabi Alonso changes happen, and then we have good consistency and improvement in quality which are now giving them all success which is surely amazing and players chemistry is also impressive which is having good results in every game without any pressure this is clearly giving indicator how strong and energetic is Xabi Alonso as leader but now can they keep this momentum it's more important because we have mostly teams slips near the end of the season and have problems which hurt them badly.
They are already had good finances so with this all if they are able to keep few players for the long time then surely we can expect results like these for the long otherwise we have few clubs in past they have good success, but suddenly they are also failures due to bad leadership and other bad decisions.
