I don't know this is just a rumour or true because at to Xabi Alonso contract there was a special clause because although Xabi contract will be ended at 2026 but he can terminate his contract early in Leverkusen if he will train Real Madrid, Bayern Munich or Liverpool and next season we all know Ancelotti will leave Real Madrid which automatically Real Madrid don't have a manager and that's why since October Xabi was linked to Real Madrid because his current achievement was impress Real Madrid owner
Leverkusen owner was realized it's hard to hold Xabi Alonso so that's why they will be thinking realistic that if there is any team who showing their interest to Xabi Alonso then they will release Xabi Alonso and find other manager as the replacement of him but Leverkusen has good chances to ended this season with the trophies under him because so far they still playing at several different of competitions just like Bundesliga, DFB Pokal and Europa league and if Xabi Alonso can able to managed Leverkusen consistency until end of this season i think they will gets at least 1 trophy
Whether it's true or not that Xabi will leave Leverkusen, it seems like it's still gray because Xabi is a phenomenal coach at the moment who is able to provide stable performance to the club he manages and many people have acknowledged Xabi's greatness, maybe this could be a rumor. The reality is that Real Madrid will lose its coach Carlo Ancloti and Xabi Alonso is a strong candidate to replace Carlo Ancloti, but this still has to wait for a clear decision from both parties because it is feared that this is just a rumor with no clarity.
Leverkusen will definitely retain this coach because after all Xabi Alonso is a suitable coach for Leverkusen it is not easy to find a suitable coach whereas Leverkusen is very comfortable with the presence of Xabi with his strategy which is able to make significant changes and even makes Leverkusen able to compete with the Bundesliga giant Bayern Munich which which is an extraordinary achievement for Leverkusen this season.
