for obvious reason why OP is long gone now, because maybe he already  managed to take some victims funds from this scam lottery site , this is also I never trusted online lotto nowadays because most of them are just fly by night businesses .
we are used with this kind of tactics , a newbie account that will post gambling site and then will gone .
