It is noted in their terms that they can ask for KYC (similar to the other casinos) but I haven't read many reports from users that they were asked to do it. As you mention, all problems have been solved and they are still processing withdrawals very fast; I recently withdrew some TRX and XLM without any issue.
I am also sure that with ever-increasing crypto regulations worldwide (wait and see what happens when the Blackrock ETF is actually approved), casinos will no longer be able to avoid large-scale KYC. Some casinos such as Roobet, for example, no longer allow use without KYC.
Even if a casino decides against KYC for its customers, exchanges will have to take an even closer look in future at where their customers' BTC comes from. It could well be that BTCs from a casino without KYC will simply no longer be accepted for a deposit.
