It seems that KYC is mandatory for some users but it is not mandatory for some other users.
My account needs to complete first in order to request withdrawal but I know few of us here who can withdraw without KYC.
My case might be different because I was suspected to have multi account when I created an account for the first time.
It was solved, few weeks ago, I completed the KYC already few days ago because I wanted to withdraw my money.
This is probably the case for me. I cant recall but it seems I have registered in the past with username 'arallmuus' and when I tried to register another one, it says username taken. On the login page, I didnt see any forgot password button so I decided just to register with another username. Im pretty sure that this could be the reason but I've never played or claim any bonuses on the other account so Im not sure why my new account got flagged
KYC is simple indeed and it seems to be automatically approved without waiting for hours or even days.
I know it is pretty simple but Im not giving my identity away though. If the site insist that I need to submit KYC then I'd rather let them keep my $22
