This is not name calling. Trump is being judged under RICO (The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act), specifically designed for mobsters, drug cartels and organised crime. There are already several members of the MAGA mafia that turned up on Trump. There has been a full enquire in Congress about the assault of the Capitol. Trump HAS been already declared guilty in New York. The Colorado Court clearly stated he IS an insurrectionist - even the minority opinion does not question the organised crime activities, but rather who and when can enforce the Constitution and other peripheral issues of procedure.
I am just not falling into the MAGA Mafia narrative that "all that is equal to zero" and I recommend you examine the facts, not the "narratives".

The people of the USA are waking up to the fact that all the things happening to Trump, are things that his enemies are doing against him, and that he isn't the one who has done them.
All the things you show against Trump, are lies that his enemies are doing against him. They don't like the idea of MAGA (making America great) because it would take away from their unethical or illegal profits, and might get them prison terms. So, they are accusing Trump of the things that they themselves are doing... just so they can keep hiding and making their illicit profits.
