I was surprised when I read the post title. There's nothing wrong if someone who is mentally unstable wants to gamble.
But, how's he even gonna coordinate his thinking to choose his tickets and odds??
That's the thing mate. I've come across individuals who are mentally unwell but still aware of their actions. They can speak, eat, and perform daily tasks, but their mental health is compromised. Sometimes, you might see them talking to themselves or dancing to unheard tunes. Their mental challenges could be a result of various factors, including depression or life conditions.
Interestingly, despite their condition, some can still coordinate their thoughts. If they were fond of gambling before their illness, there's a possibility they can still engage in some level of play. There's no need for separate viewing centers for those with mental health challenges. As long as they aren't causing disruptions and can manage themselves, they should be able to sit alongside everyone else and enjoy watching a game.
