They meant that he literally bit other players like a crazy fool and embarassed himself forever by making it a huge meme. He bit some on their shoulders and some others on their hands like a maniac.
He is an outstanding player for sure, but he has some clear psychological issues which anyone watching football over the years are aware of.
Being curious about the biting incident I searched how that things happened and found out that there are two incidents of biting records under Luis Suaréz. One was during the fight against PSV Eindhoven (20 November 2010)when he bit Otman Bakkal on the shoulder which resulted in the suspension of Luis Suaréz for two matches and an undisclosed fine[1]. Another incident is against Chealse's Branislav Ivanović[1] in 21 April 2013.
Well, there are no more incidents of biting that happen after those two incidents. Browsing the guy's achievements, Luis Suaréz is indeed a great athlete with colorful records behind him. It is a great deal to have him as the new ambassador of Duelbits.
