Maybe they are celebrating Christmas or going on holiday until New Year, I also saw the last message that the OP received a large number of refund requests and also many duplicates which allows them of course to work hard for it, it's just that we have entered a long holiday season so it seems they also have to divide their time for that too, I think everyone also expects the OP to come every week to give an update
Oh right, its holiday season so I got an excuse on not to online my account to type few words that might literally takes 5 minutes just to ensure the community that the refund process smoothly? No I dont think so and I guess there isnt any christmas miracle on the refund either. Assuming that there are large number of fake requests, pretty damn sure that there might be some legit request without any duplicate but so far I guess none got refunds yet so Im not sure what type of prank they are trying to pull but Im not digging it.
Fooling the community twice is too much at this point
