If Xabi Alonso has reached a personal agreement with Real Madrid for me it is a very natural thing, because I think he really wants to be at Real Madrid. He's a former Real Madrid player, and I know he's a Real Madrid fan, so if there's an offer coming from Real Madrid he'll be very happy.
On the other hand, it's true what you say, if he leaves Leverkusen then it will have an effect, because we know that the person who brought Leverkusen to the current form is Xabi Alonso. Leverkusen will have to go back and look for a suitable coach who can replace Xabi and that will be very difficult.
I think it is not a natural thing because the season isn't over yet. Xabi Alonso must focus to lead Leverkusen to finish the season with the best achievement (win the titles). It is not the right time to get a personal agreement with any team. If the season is over already, it is okay to negotiate with other teams, including Real Madrid. Although Xabi Alonso is a former player of Real Madrid, he must be professional as a coach. He must be aware that he is the coach of Leverkusen now, he mustn't think about another team.

Yes, that's right, I really agree with what you said, if Xabi has brought many changes to the Bayer Leverkusen team, the extraordinary consistency is none other than because of Xabi performance in managing the team to achieve maximum results so that it can improve the quality of work of all the players, not to mention It is not known for certain whether Xabi accepted the offer, but if yes, I think it was a good decision Xabi smart work can no longer be doubted. If Xabi finally replaces Anclotti to coach a big team like Real Madrid, it will be good news for everyone because Xabi is a suitable coach to replace Anclotti.
Personally, I prefer to see Xabi wins some titles with Leverkusen first before he moves to Real Madrid. Xabis must prove that he is quite capable to manage Real Madrid. Winning some trophies will be a strong proof of his quality as a coach. But if he moves to Real Madrid before winning any title, I think it is not a really wise decision for his career.

Xabi Alonso is regarded as a legend at Real Madrid for achieving great success with the club as he won many important trophies with with the club during his playing days and has now grown to be one of the current best young managers in Europe. His record with Bayer Leverkusen is just too intimidating for a young manager of his experience and that's why he's monitored by Real Madrid management for potential replacement of Carlo Ancelotti who will leave the club after the end of the current season.

The current squad of Real are majorly of young stars who if given the chance, will flourish under Xabi Alonso. As a manager that have the picture and mentality of Real Madrid, Xabi Alonso will make a good manager for Real Madrid and I'm very optimistic that the club manager Fiorentino Perez will do everything possible to bring him to Santiago Bernabeu next summer
