Yes, it's true that the Real Madrid squad is much better than the Leverkusen squad. If we looking at the current situation, Leverkusen is still quite stable with a squad that is usually at Leverkusen. Although there have been no official confirmation to the fact that Xabi is currently the best youngest Coach in the whole of Europe but then by his results and performance so far, he appears to be one which is currently not in doubt and I must commend how well he has done with a team that wasn't expected to do this much because of the quality of their players.
Achieving such heights with an average team as Leverkusen which have now turned out a big team, means if he is in charge of a bigger team with a better squad he should do well but then contrarily it's possible if he goes to a big team that has got big players and big names such as Madrid, these big names/players may not give much cooperation like did others in the small team he did coached and achieved much, but all things been equal if they cooperate well with him then his success is sure, a team like Madrid will sure pose some challenges to him but his ability to be able to get pass those challenges and get good results will make him a world class coach.
