Let us see if it's going to change or there will be added transactions from that number within the next hours after I post this.
It will add 100 more after an hour, but you won't see any remaining free transactions even a second after the hour changed. I observed it too for more than 2 days believing i will get a chance to accelerate my unconfirmed transaction but nothing.
