A coach will be able to bring out the best potential from a club if the club has players and a style of play that suits the coach. That doesn't mean that if you are very great as a coach at a club, it doesn't necessarily mean that you will be even greater if you coach a club with higher quality players. There are many factors such as the coach's approach to the players or how the coach manages the existing squad to be able to play with the expected tactics. I agree that Xabi is a great young coach at the moment but if he were to coach Real Madrid then it would be a different challenge.
We agree with what you say, so there's no point in comparing each coach, in fact I prefer to just speak according to their portion. just like Xabi Alonso, who is currently managing Bayer Leverkusen. the team which was originally in the red zone, was able to advance with a very good trend and finished in 6th place in the previous season. now, Xabi has brought his squad to the top of the Bundesliga standings. of course, what we see at Leverkusen now cannot be separated from his touch in handling the squad under his care. we can give high appreciation, even though at the same time several top team competitors are not at their best. likewise with what you said, it doesn't mean that Xabi can handle Real Madrid successfully even though it is filled with very competitive players. in fact, the challenge will become increasingly difficult. especially, if a club is filled with many established stars. what is certain is that the atmosphere in the dressing room will be very influential.
Well, I'm reminded of Nagelsmann, who found it difficult to handle his team in Bayern Munich's own dressing room. that's why disharmony does not occur. and, this does not apply to Xabi Alonso with Leverkusen. but it seems that because Leverkusen doesn't have many big-name players, this seems to give Xabi Alonso more freedom. and uniquely, when Xabi was linked with a giant Spanish League club, he even said he was not worthy enough to handle a team as big as Real Madrid. for me, the right answer was given by Xabi Alonso, he was measuring his abilities with Leverkusen. that's why, if I'm not mistaken, Alonso prefers to stay at Leverkusen. well, let's just see how the Leverkusen squad and Xabi Alonso play out match after match in various competitions. especially maintaining their ranking at the top of the Bundesliga standings, until this season ends. and that is quite a challenge to make happen.
