If one is lonely that person should not try getting involved into gambling just because he or she is lonely but he or she should try to keep him or her self busy by doing other things like playing a video game or listening to music or still, watching TV.
Many people do get involved into gamble and they do not know the how tough gamble can be sometimes, but truth be told that if a gambler do not know about any game he or shw should not stake because less Knowledge can make a gambler lose more money in gamble.
but someone who is lonely vents into gambling is definitely a gambler or maybe a gambler who hasn't come to gamble for a long time. so when he is lonely he definitely thinks about things he can do like gambling but if someone has never gambled or has never had experience in gambling, of course when he is lonely he doesn't think about gambling but thinks about things he has only ever done and very rarely is someone who never gambled when he was lonely he took it out on gambling because it would be considered a complicated thing, not something fun.

but here there are several types of loneliness, the first is loneliness because of a broken heart when your partner leaves you or loneliness simply because you dont have friends to joke around with.
If someone is lonely because their heart is broken, of course when they are lonely all they think about are negative things like gambling or drinking large amounts of alcohol.
and if someone is lonely just because they have no friends to joke with, usually they will just go gambling but they can control themselves and gambling is considered just a place to have fun.

your advice in your last words is very good. If you dont have gambling experience, it's better to vent your loneliness in other things rather than forcing yourself to gamble but in the end losing money and getting addicted.
