Did you guys remove any Australian deposit / withdrawal options from Mt Gox?
The Technocash option was closed quite a while ago.

What options do I have that don't involve getting on my knees and presenting myself?
It was as easy as you could of gotten it. My bank for some reason didn't charge me to send to this bank account and Mt Gox charged me $10 to withdraw.
