That's what makes Xabi become one of the best young coaches in the world today. Because PSV has a style of play that suits what Xabi wants in his football philosophy. Even though he doesn't have any famous star players, or maybe I don't know him, Xabi was able to build strong chemistry between the players and in the end they were able to adopt the tactics and style of play that Xabi wanted.
I fully agree on that , that Xabi Alonso is one of if not the best young coaches today , and also on top on that he will be for sure get at some point to the bif teams.
He was already a very good player when he was playing and he is continue that now also as a coach.
There are Florian Wirtz , Granit Xhaka , Alejandro Grimaldo , Victor Boniface that are very very good players he have.
Not famous as others but maybe on that way to it.
One more thing, Jeremie Frimpong is also one of Leverkusen's important players under Xabi Alonso and I think these players will be better known to the world if they can bring Leverkusen to the pinnacle of glory. We know that as a young coach, Xabi Alonso is highly respected and this cannot be separated from the performance of all the players he currently manages at Leverkusen. Xabi Alonso is like finding a gem and he just needs to polish it in such a way that it has a high selling value and he has got that now.
It is not easy to be given confidence in looking for talent in young players and everyone now has an important priority to win every match in a competition that is still active. I am curious what the future holds for these talented players and what is clear is that big European teams have started to look at the talents of the players that Xabi Alonso has developed.
