Im ignore the other think you mentioned. I'm saying about gambling and treading. You said that gambling is bad yes it's bad gambling and treading crate financial disaster if you are not experienced. Many just take some knowledge about it and get in to it. That little knowledge is harmful for that people lost their economy. For that people conect with illigali activity to recover their money if they are addected the play more and lost more. So found that is you made for it or not.
It all depends on how we treat gambling and trading. If we can have the things necessary for gambling, we will not experience bad things in gambling, and instead, we can get the pleasure we are looking for. We will also not have difficulty stopping gambling because we have set a limit on how long we can gamble and when we almost reach the limit, we will stop gambling and will not look back to gamble again. And it will all help if we learn these things and try to develop them for our benefit so that we will be fine. But people don't want to learn these things so they fall into gambling without realizing that they have gone too far in gambling.
Well, everything is bad when treated in the wrong and I couldn't blame OP for saying that because it is probably he has a bad experience with gambling. But he should not say EVERYONE because not all are doing the same with him.
Anyway, we can't please people to see the benefits of gambling, many think it is bad and harmful to us (mentally and financially matter). But for the reason that I gamble just for fun and is able to relieve my stress, I keep doing this. It just needs self-control and it is all okay. Of course, we don't expect to win big but at least we are enjoying our time gambling.
