This information in terms page is not the same as the information on the withdrawal page (on the account).
I created an account to check and this is what I found:
On the above image, we can see that the minimum withdrawal is $15, not $10 as what they write in the terms page and the withdrawal fee is $22.30.
I guess they are using dynamic withdrawal fee but I think $22 is a too expensive, at the time I write this the best suggested fee is 156satoshi/vB (cost no more than $10).
They need to fix the information about the minimum withdrawal amount, 2 different information is not that good although the difference is small amount only.
They also need to write about their withdrawal fee system, whether it is fixed or dynamic.
