Does the reward need to be claim via email or it’s sent directly to our account while the email is just for notifications? I already don’t have access to my account email but I can still open my Duelbits account without any problem.

Btw I don’t see any rewards on my account balance so I already assume that I’m not a winner. I’m just being hopeful here that rewards is sent via email that’s why I didn’t receive it on my account.
