Because of the current network congestion happening in the Bitcoin network caused by Ordinals/BRC-20, may I suggest that the casino consider accepting Bitcoin deposits/withdrawals through the Lightning Network? I believe it could also be an opportunity to promote Lightning as an alternative and widen your network of users as well.
Perhaps giving free-spins/bonuses for every deposit through Lightning might encourage Bitcoiners to open a new path/method to use Bitcoin?
Just use Altcoins that has cheap fee and fast transaction confirmation like Tron, BSC and many more instead of using LN since you will still need to convert your Bitcoin to LN in able to deposit on it. Besides LN is still not popular among gamblers as an alternative to cut transaction fee compared on using altcoins.
I believe having a built-in exchange is more helpful to have a temporary solution over transaction fee since gambler can send directly Bitcoin to Casino and then just convert it to altcoin on the casino exchange to save fee for withdrawal.
Using altcoin is the best option especially for small gamblers who do not want to spend too much money for a single transaction.
I have to agree that LN is not that popular and I think the numbers of LN users is still low so integrating it will not really useful for the casino.
Coming up to built-in exchange, it is a bit complicated as I think it is under different regulation and may require other license for the casino to have built-in exchange.
The other option to consider maybe to change the deposit system, as long as I know duelbits converting all deposit into usd/coin and players are free to choose which coin when they want to withdraw.
But still I will prefer the first best option, using altcoin is more than enough for players to avoid expensive fee when bitcoin network is congested.
LN doesn't get much any attention since the common thing used by people is segwit and they forget or just didn't know the existence of the lightning network. But to avoid mixed up people's mind and get confuse about such thing much really better for anyone if they just used those low fee altcoins since for now this is one of the good choices available since its really hassle to pay such huge fees for bitcoin transaction.
For better experience of their gamblers I guess its time for casino to think about adding a exchange feature and I think this is already exist but not all have this so its better that this will became to all casino so that we can directly exchange our bitcoin to our preferred altcoins to avoid any huge traffic and high fees brought up by bitcoin.
