In the 59th minute Cordova-Reid's goal was an important win for Fulham who managed to win the match, but Arsenal suffered their 4th defeat in the league with this defeat and probably dropped 5 points away from the leader.Today we will watch the Liverpool-Newcastle United match.I don't expect Newcastle, who have had bad results in recent weeks, to take points away from Liverpool.I will be expecting Liverpool to win this match and open the gap.
Liverpool will capitalize on the loss of Arsenal yesterday and trash Newcastle so that they can extend their lead at the top of the table. Liverpool will not like to miss this opportunity, this is a must win for them.
I agree with you that Liverpool will play their possible best to make sure that they win Newcastle in this match for them to be on top of the table. However, it wouldn't be an easy match because we should not underestimate Newcastle afyer they lost their last match Luton. Newcastle might decide not to accept defeat because it will affect their position on the table but I know that if worst cone to worst it might be a draw game. I don't think that Liverpool will love the game to end up in a draw because they will be out to win all three points to themselves to put them on a better side of other clubs competing for the trophy this season.
