People need to realize that it is pointless to have freedom of speech without moderation to some decree. Moderation != censorship. Freedom of speech endorses the controversial, but not the violating. You cannot fill the board with giant links to scam sites and expect to be protected. It is not hate speech to "censor" this kind of behavior, it is simply a necessary measure one must take to aid the speech of everyone else.
