I think the competition at the bottom of the Serie A standings will be quite tight. because at least the bottom 4 teams have a tight point difference. that means they also have the same performance.
Now it's just a matter of looking at the team that can recover the quickest. whether it's Salernitana or 3 other teams including Verona.
However, everyone doesn't want to be in the relegation zone. but they have to show improvement in their performance if they don't want relegation.
In all leagues, the relegation zone is actually fatal, meaning that all clubs don't want to enter that zone. Just from the preparations for the start of the season and also sometimes other teams in terms of overall improvement are better than those who are currently at the bottom of the standings.
If you look at the standings,all four of them can still compete and there is still hope of getting out of the relegation zone, their points are not much different, at most they are only a few points different, but all of that could happen if they don't immediately clean up to get out of the zone.
From look of things those four have to work very hard to avoid the relegation zone and the funny part is that only one of them will escape the zone but I can really mention because the point between them are so close like Verona and Cagliari are having the same points 14, 14 what really make Verona ahead of Cagliari is because of number of goals conceded which is the only advantage for them while Empoli has 13 points and Salernitana who is the last in the table has 12 points, now it going to be hard to even predict the teams that will be relegating because all the four teams still have have hope of surviving the relegation zone.
