It is possible that the transaction has not been dropped from the node that VIABTC is using. If you submitted the transaction and it was successfully submitted, you can wait. Sometimes it will not be included in the next block mined by ViaBTC. It might be included after many hours has passed, but still it would be included in a block that ViaBTC will later mine.

You are not submitting the RFID but you want to submit a transaction so that it can be broadcast. There is no point in doing that, you can rebroadcast using Electrum instead. But wait and see if ViaBTC has will include the transaction in a block.
