I have a question and hope someone has a clear explanation.

A few days ago, I noticed a transaction on the network that doesn't support the RBF. Today, by coincidence, the same page was opened on my phone, and I can see that the same hash was replaced. How did this happen? The user used RBF while the transaction on the mempool and blockchain indicated RBF: NO. (The transaction has the same input.)
