Well I have a different experience. My first withdrawal with this site was instant and didn't require KYC. Also, it was a 50$ withdrawal.
That would be cool if they waive the KYC requirement from my account but as of now there is nothing. I guess there is huge difference between a site like all those top names around here and a site that just pops out because their customer services are on a very different level. I dont mean to discredit but so far it just feels lame to be waiting for days without hearing back about my enquiry
I read in their chat that there is a survey to answer and then they will give you a little reward after answering the survey. The survey is all about their platform and user experience. I can't share it here because I couldn't find it in the chat again. Maybe you could ask in the chat if you're interested in taking the survey.
