While currently it's still allowed to talk and discuss (not promote!) about centralized mixers, it's going to be difficult if shady things come and light up some red flags. Posting links is not allowed anymore and I assume any user with a developed account will not risk his account while walking on a bleeding edge.

Such bans will have negative side effects when you don't know exactly how open you can speak or don't want to risk your account with a too open discussion. Rules are always to some extend diffuse.
