The first half of the Premier League I think it is over and Liverpool found themselves leading comfortably as the second team following them is Aston Villa,a team of which you cannot expect the same consistency as Liverpool or other strong teams,that is the luck of Liverpool now as they have absolutely everything under control and would be disastrous for them to lose this Premier League title now that Arsenal and City are a bit down and Tottenham is almost out of the way,things have changed dramatically from the start of the season and Liverpool appears to be the most consistent team and the strongest contender to the title,gone are the days when City looked invincible,they are losing like clowns now.
No club is invincible, every club have a solid stand to fight back or give up. The rival for Liverpool have changed, not longer Arsenal but Aston Villa and Manchester City. Arsenal fall from the top and there's nothing left for them again if they don't fight to bounce back to streak winnings. I've seen couple of times, Arsenal suffered and there's no rectifying their problems, instead it's becoming worsen and I just hope Mikel Arteta and his players fights really hard. In the meantime, Liverpool are ranked first on the table in the new year, 2024. Good starts to boost their performance and there's presence of improving stats.
That is what I am saying,no one expected Liverpool to be in the lead after 20 games played,only 18 left now and they have a golden chance to win the title when no one was expecting them to do it,of course even the fans were not convinced at a certain point in the league,they took the turn after started playing real good football and now their players are doing great as they have the perfect harmony with each other.You can see this in the game against Newcastle which they dominated completely and the result could have been even bigger if Salah had not missed the first penalty kick,destroying a strong team like Newcastle in this way says a lot about their performance.
