The first half of the Premier League I think it is over and Liverpool found themselves leading comfortably as the second team following them is Aston Villa,a team of which you cannot expect the same consistency as Liverpool or other strong teams,that is the luck of Liverpool now as they have absolutely everything under control and would be disastrous for them to lose this Premier League title now that Arsenal and City are a bit down and Tottenham is almost out of the way,things have changed dramatically from the start of the season and Liverpool appears to be the most consistent team and the strongest contender to the title,gone are the days when City looked invincible,they are losing like clowns now.
Liverpool good performance where they were able to end the first half of the season in first place in the standings table. They have managed to stay away from aston villa and arsenal in the first half of the season. Now Kloop can focus well on the upcoming matches to continue to get 3 points in order to maintain their ranking as leaders of the standing. Apart from that, Manchester city has an opportunity to shift Aston Villa ranking because Manchester city has one match that they have not played due to it being postponed.
Therefore, Liverpool is not quite safe at the top of the standings, but they can maintain it as well as possible if they are able to win the matches they will play in the second half of this season. For Tottenham, they could again disturb the teams above them because so far they have rediscovered their best performance.
