I can't find all accepted payment methods anywhere on twitter, but I think this is different based on your location and paypal should work fine.
There was some rumors about accepting direct bitcoin payments on that platform, but I don't trust anything coming from clown Elon.
I would be very careful with crypto debit cards and there is a chance they wont work for your specific case.
