As suggested by Charles-Tim above, resubmit your transaction to ViaBTC free accelerator.
Do that even if there is no remaining free hourly transaction.
If they don't have your transaction in their mempool at all, you should see a message saying transaction doesn't exist.
I tried several times and it says "Accelerating the transaction" which means they have the TX in their mempool. They have included some TXs with 24 sats/byte IIRC in the meantime but didn't include the said TX which was supposed to be included. That was a total surprise for me. Since the TX had more fees than 24 sats/byte, I can't think of any possible reason for excluding it.Do that even if there is no remaining free hourly transaction.
