Are you sure Manchester United will sack Erik Ten Hag that easily? the article seems like Manchester United prefers this one coach even though his performance is not so good to apply the strategy in the game. Is that because Erik Ten Hag is a coach who does not disobey or in other words he always agrees with what management says? or maybe this is just my wild thoughts? I don't know.
Xabi is doing well at Leverkusen so it's natural that he's being targeted by many big teams in Europe. His ability to bring Leverkusen into the game we see today is remarkable. He started from the bottom and it wasn't easy.
Jim Ratcliffe will definitely consider Ten Hag position as manager, if United continues to experience inconsistency then Ten Hag position will definitely be threatened with dismissal, and vice versa. I think The Red Devils management worthy also include Xabi Alonso name on their wanted list, if Ten Hag is actually kicked out of Old Trafford. We know that Ratcliffe now has full authority to manage United management, after acquiring a minority stake of 25% in the club. If previously no one had the authority to fire Ten Hag, now Jim Ratcliffe is the angel of death for Ten Hag.

To be honest, Ten Hag performance was not completely bad, United players also contributed and were responsible for the inconsistencies they have experienced so far. Injury factors, problems adapting to new players, and differences in understanding with Sancho are other reasons why United is currently experiencing a decline in performance. I think if there hasn't been any improvement in the second half of the season, it won't be just Ten Hag whose position is threatened, the players will also feel the same way, I mean potentially being released.

So far what I know is Jim Ratcliffe is putting his faith in Erik Ten Hag. Or else I think he would have been sacked. I guess he does not want to make the same mistake as the Chelsea manager. He sacked Tuchel who was doing really good and now look at Chelsea doing worse than Manchester United.

But I think he is making the wrong decision. Ten Hag aint doing much right now. If a new manager comes he will get time before new season and he will do much better if they get a proper replacement.
