Chelsea still have a chance to win a title this season despite having a really bad form meanwhile. I mean the EFL Cup title by the way. Because they have reached the semi finals and they will probably won't have big issues against Middlesbrough as well. However the main threat there will be Liverpool as they would also eliminate Fulham to reach the final stage. 
I would expect Liverpool to be as determined as Chelsea to win this title honestly. Because Klopp is also trying to make a big progress after an inadequate level of performance in the last season. But let's see. Chelsea had better give their best for the title.

Yeah, I'd agree with you, Chelsea has always given coaches without a single trophy the chance to win one. A good example has to be Sarri who haven't win nothing since he be a manager but got to win his first with Chelsea. ( Went ahead to later win the European Europa League Competition and the FA Cup )
With Pochetino Mauricio I would agree too, he's never won anything before if I'm right. ( I stand to get corrected in between ) I'm certain he'll go ahead to meet Liverpool in the finals.
Chelsea against big sides are extraordinary this particular season. They have gotten good points from.the big sides, though Manchester United exempts from this.
@Oluwa-btc I wouldn’t underestimate Fulham because in cup competitions they’ll be more determined to win hence Liverpool will have to step up if they have to beat Fulham. Furthermore Poch will need two to three seasons to turn Chelsea into genuine title contenders but I’m not sure if Chelsea owner will allow him time but if he somehow gets it then I’m sure he’ll transform them.
