Chelsea still have a chance to win a title this season despite having a really bad form meanwhile. I mean the EFL Cup title by the way. Because they have reached the semi finals and they will probably won't have big issues against Middlesbrough as well. However the main threat there will be Liverpool as they would also eliminate Fulham to reach the final stage. 
I would expect Liverpool to be as determined as Chelsea to win this title honestly. Because Klopp is also trying to make a big progress after an inadequate level of performance in the last season. But let's see. Chelsea had better give their best for the title.
Last year Chelsea was not lucky because they met strong team Manchester City at 3rd round and it makes they have to eliminate early even so with Liverpool that last year too Liverpool also was eliminate by the same team who beating Chelsea Manchester City and now both teams have a good chances to advances to the final match considering the opponents from Chelsea and Liverpool is relatively easy because on the paper Middlesbourgh and Fulham is not the opponent who can makes them get in trouble so i am confident Liverpool and Chelsea will be able to overcomes their opponents without any problemI would expect Liverpool to be as determined as Chelsea to win this title honestly. Chelsea was performing poor at Premier league so it's impossible for them to fight for the race title with Manchester City and Liverpool even to reach top 4 it's very hard for them so Chelsea should be go to all in for Carabao Cup because only from this competition they can gets the trophy and last time Chelsea gets the trophy on 2015 at that time they beat Tottenham with scores 2-0 and if they can able reach to the final match i think this is good chances for them to take a revenge from Liverpool because on 2022 Chelsea was failed at the final match because lose from Liverpool through an penalty kick
