Exactly the thing you have indicated will happen as it seems. Because there was a recent comment on this by Mbappe. He seems likely to wait until the end of the season. Besides according to his statement maybe there could be a chance for him to move on with PSG as well which would make me really disappointed about his future though.
Because I believe he should leave for Real Madrid or another competitive team for the Champions League title. He can be given whatever amount of money he would like to earn. Money wouldn't be a problem as a result. But I don't think he can win any Champions League title with PSG.
