Chelsea still have a chance to win a title this season despite having a really bad form meanwhile. I mean the EFL Cup title by the way. Because they have reached the semi finals and they will probably won't have big issues against Middlesbrough as well. However the main threat there will be Liverpool as they would also eliminate Fulham to reach the final stage. 
I would expect Liverpool to be as determined as Chelsea to win this title honestly. Because Klopp is also trying to make a big progress after an inadequate level of performance in the last season. But let's see. Chelsea had better give their best for the title.

that's enough to boosting the performance from chelsea. I will not be so optimistic to think that if chelsea will able to perform better caused by the club has is still declining once it meets a club that used low block strategy,
Im expecting chelsea to get a defensive club as its final opponent in the EFL club. EFL was good enough to boost the performance from chelsea but im not willing to think that if chelsea is going to win the EFL.

Due to a winning penalty, Chelsea was fortunate in their previous game, however, the next game will bring about a different set of circumstances for them. Pochettino needs to fix his problem first like always using incorrect starting line up.
