Girona chairman Pere Guardiola said that if any top European team wanted to bring in coach Michel, he would be very open to the offer. Here he said that if Bayern Munich sent a proposal he would not make things difficult for him and would open the gates to coach Michel to determine his future. We know that Michel is a phenomenal coach at the moment because he has succeeded in putting Girona at the top and competing with other big clubs in Spain.

However, even though Bayern Munich is fine with Thomas Tuchel, it is also possible that he will be fired if he doesn't win any titles this season. Leverkusen will continue to overshadow Bayern Munich in the standings and that is a problem that Thomas Tuchel must solve. Do you think Bayern Munich will come to recruit coach Michel from Girona? Is he a suitable figure to manage Bayern Munich?

He already won something in his debut season for Bayern Munich last season, I don't think sacking him would be a good idea it's just rumours and I don't believe them completely.
Besides, Thomas Tuchel is not doing a poor coaching job for Bayern Munich. Bayern Leverkusen at the top right now is a good messages tonall othes leagues.

Michel for Girona is doing well, I know at the end of the season, he'll want to make a switch. Bayern Munich management had no idea about dropping Thomas Tuchel.
But that was Nagelsmann's legacy last season and Thomas Tuchel just continued it and at that time Bayern Munich almost lost their title when competing with Dortmund. Apart from that, Thomas Tuchel is not bad at coaching Bayern Munich and at least he is still a priority at the moment. Sometimes things don't happen that should happen and if Thomas Tuchel fails to bring a single title to Bayern Munich, his future will definitely worsen.

Therefore, I think Thomas Tuchel must prepare well for the rest of this season and if he doesn't want his place to be taken by another coach then he must continue to consistently provide wins for Bayern Munich, whether in the Bundesliga or Champions League. Because it's not easy to be a coach in a giant team in a league and everything has to be according to what the club management and fans want.
