Girona chairman Pere Guardiola said that if any top European team wanted to bring in coach Michel, he would be very open to the offer. Here he said that if Bayern Munich sent a proposal he would not make things difficult for him and would open the gates to coach Michel to determine his future. We know that Michel is a phenomenal coach at the moment because he has succeeded in putting Girona at the top and competing with other big clubs in Spain.
However, even though Bayern Munich is fine with Thomas Tuchel, it is also possible that he will be fired if he doesn't win any titles this season. Leverkusen will continue to overshadow Bayern Munich in the standings and that is a problem that Thomas Tuchel must solve. Do you think Bayern Munich will come to recruit coach Michel from Girona? Is he a suitable figure to manage Bayern Munich?

In Bundesliga although Bayern Munich still unable to taking over first place from Leverkusen but Tuchel future is still safe because under him Bayern Munich still compete to the several tournaments and Bayern Munich is a big team in Germany and Europa so whichever manager who coaches this team he must be realize that getting a trophy is a mandatory even so with Tuchel because if he failed to gets the trophy this season then i am sure Bayern Munich will be sacked him and not impossible too Michel will being an Bayern Munich next manager later
I mean here is the thing, Tuchel is doing very very well right now compared to the last seasons. Just check the stats of the last season. Tuchel and his team have lost only once and that has cost them the first position. Xabi and his team are doing a very extraordinary job to keep the first position for themselves. If it was not for this extraordinary play, Bayern would have been at the top. Tuchel is doing better than any other manager right now and I think Bayern's board knows that and he will not be sacked even if he does not win a trophy. But he must win something to keep his image.
As for Girona's manager replacing him, I don't think he is the one. He is not prepared yet. He is not ready to coach a big team like this.
