Nope, there representative stopped being active on this forum a long time ago. If you would have a serious issue probably Hhampuz could help out as he always posts the art contests they organize and also manages their (long running) signature campaign.
OP maybe inactive but for sure they are following around then see what's going on in their thread.
Also maybe they are confident to much that no negative post will be posted against them since they are running a pure good business that's the reason why we see a lot of satisfied people posting their opinions here.
But anyways Roobet is really a great platform that's why its not surprising that they are successful and also for sure there's more success to come since they are consistent on satisfying their gamblers also good for doing some various activities here in forum.
