Physical exercise is an excellent type of activity if the player does not know what to do other than play. Sometimes it even happens that thanks to a spontaneous decision to play sports, it can switch our brain and we will stop gambling altogether and devote ourselves to a new and useful hobby. Of course, I understand that this will be very rare, but perhaps it will save several destroyed families. I noticed that professional players often play sports or were athletes in the past, probably this helps them achieve results and they draw some analogies to achieve their goals. They have a sense of purpose, but apparently they also have some other qualities that allow them to be more successful than others.
A gambler will only do physical exercises or play physical sports if they are willing to stop gambling and get out of their addiction, and even in this case, they need someone to drag them to it because they wouldn't do it themselves and think they should sit and gamble instead. After all, it's what they like doing and have been doing throughout this time. So, when a gambler acknowledges that they need help getting out of their addiction, they can have a friend make them get involved in such activities.

I'm such a sports lover, though I've never been into such a situation, I'm pretty sure that I'm going to do a great job if a friend asks me that I will have to keep them away from gambling and get them involved with sports or some other activity. I will make them play a lot of sports and make them enjoy it as well.
