Chelsea will need some strategic changes which may include some of their players Ben sold out and possibly a Change of coach because they seem to have their issues ranging from their tactics, players down to the coach and it's not looking like they are getting any better except theyfix these issues with their coach and a few players.
For this season I doubt if they will be able to finish top four in the premier league or even secure a trophy by the end of the season because they don't look like they have the form and the ability to do such, they have really unstable performance this season, at some point we would think they are already getting better and at the other they turn out even worse especially when facing smaller teams but with big team they try to put up a fight and probably show their prowess nevertheless they haven't done enough to earn them much this season, they need to really improve.
I don't think the sales of players and changing the manager will solve their problems, It will even adds more problems. Rather than an immediate need for a change in coaching staff, Chelsea might benefit from tactical adjustments and a more adaptive approach.
