I actually would put Juventus above Inter Milan, to be honest. They are having financial problems as far as I know and it may push them to sell one of their key players. I am already hearing rumors about Calhanoglu being linked with other clubs. They have very intense fixtures coming up as well. Starting from the first week of February, there are going to be matches against Juventus, and then UCL matches as well against Atletico Madrid. Going through these matches and then playing the Serie A match will be really rough.
If they were 5 points ahead like they were before the previous game week, I would have said Inter is ahead. But considering these tough fixtures, I believe Juventus will climb up on Inter Milan. But that does not mean that I am not saying Inter Milan would not win the Scudetto, I am saying Juventus has more chances than Inter Milan.
Juventus have a greater chance of winning the top position in the standings because they don't have a busy schedule this season so they only focus on Serie A.
Meanwhile, Inter Milan will be at a crucial stage in February because they have to do two tough jobs for their progress in either Serie A or the Champions League. that's when the pressure is put on the players where if they fail it will have a bad impact on their players' mentality.
Currently, they are both very close in terms of points, where Inter Milan is only 2 points ahead of Juventus. So there is a big chance that Juventus has a big chance to return to the top of the standings. From a financial perspective, it is true that Inter Milan really needs a lot of money to come in to stabilize their expenses, so if they release star players to other teams, it will have a bad impact on them.
